Please forgive me if this has been posted before. I understand from another thread that they are about to make a huge ct in FIT payments to new customers in january. Is there any law which prevents the govement removing the inexed linked FIT payment currently 43.3p or reducing it sometime in the future

There is no law which stops any government changing the law!0

This is always the problem - nothing is ever guarenteed. They could do whatever they like. Its not wise to get solar purely on the figures available today as these can and probably will change.0

I imagine they could well start taxing the FiT ... when enough people are on board. Tax laws can always change.
They will see it as an income.... Is there any small print in the contract, saying "subject to taxation laws"...
Maybe someone with a FiT contract can check this ??0
