Built-in / integrated tumble dryer

Anyone got any advice on built-in tumble dryers? - have searched the net and can only find about 3 White Knight CDA and Baumatic(which comes with a 5 yr guarantee)
Have a free standing White Knight which has always been reliable but unsure if same will apply to the built-in version.
Anyone got one? any advice much appreciated
Thanks :T

  • No idea I'm afraid but the baumatic one you have to have a hole cut in the plinth to leave airflow for the vent. I don't know if this applies for the others though. I didn't realise finding an integrated tumble was going to be so difficult. I had wanted a condenser one but that looks impossible

But be prepared, they ain't cheap!

EDIT: Sorry, dhould have read your post more thoroughly!
What is it you are after exactly? I've linked to integrated condenser dryers...
Do you need integrated, AND condenser?
  • Not sure if you are after advice on where to buy cheapest or brand advice ie : which is best.

But I thought I'd chip in and see if I could help price wise.

We bought all our integrated appliances from ebay sellers selling 'graded' goods.

Nothing has missed a beat - Washing machine, Freezer, Fridge.

All that was wrong with them exept the fridge had a small dent in the side, the washing machine had a scrape in the paint on one side and we can't find fault with the freezer at all, none of the faults are visable once installed and they all came with warranties :-)

Might be worth a look on there http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.co.uk%2Fws%2F&fkr=1&from=R8&satitle=integrated+dryer&category0=

Hi Billbob,shirlgirl2004 and budget_barbie only just found your replies thanks! - i want an integrated(built-in) vented tumble dryer - not a condensing one - any ideas or recommendations from anyone? have checked out the Ebay ones and only problem is that i live in Cornwall and delivery is usually £50 so sometimes cheaper to buy from a larger company and pay aprox £20 delivery
