If this refers to www.bunches.co.uk I'm afraid I must disagree. I ordered a bouquet for £25.99 and got flowers worth about £4.99.0 -
I've merged all these threads together.
I know some refer to Mothers day and are older but they should all give you some ideas

Hi
I saw this thread, and though this may be of use to anyone;
For Mothers Day, I ordered a bouquet with Boots Flowers. It was supposed to be delivered on the Sunday, my mum waited in all day. and no flowers. She was so upset, and I felt just awful.
I phoned them up on the monday, and I spoke to a very insulting patronising man, who basically was saying I was lying. I ended up speaking to his boss, and after 3 more telephone conversations I was told I'd be refunded. It was a real ordeal just trying to get my own money back! I was offered absolutely no reason why my mum's flowers were not delivered, nor an appology. Will not use these again.
Hope this helps someone,
Kindest Regards,

Thats awful scarlett. write to cheif exec and complain about the lack of customer service, I would ask for compensation for your time, effort and the upset they caused you and your mum

1jim wrote:I always find phoning a local florist near to where your relative lives is a lot cheaper than going through interflora and the shops you mention, also allows you to specify the type of flowers/style etc and also how much you want to spend. A quick search on internet or through the yellow pages on line should give you some numbers to call,
hope this helps

I have often done this as well. Wanted something from somewhere a bit different though and as I'm going to see the person tomorrow have got my local florist to do a lovely handtied arrangement. No need to worry about vases then.:cool:
Thanks to everyone whose posted all the different flower sites - I've got them all tucked up nicely in a nice new email folder........................:D0 -

Just thought I'd put my twopennyworth in. I ordered flowers for my Mum from https://www.0800flowers.com, they arrived on time in perfect condition, with free chocs, a £10 voucher and were reasonably priced. Mum says they are the best she's seen, 40 tulips with green stuff, they are still going strong.0
