Hi again Tammy,

We were petitioned for bky by a third party so didn't go through the form completion procedure, but if you take them to court unsigned it's only a minutes job to sign them if they need witnessing. There's plenty of people on this thread who've been thru the procedure so no doubt you'll get the definitive answer soon.

Tammy I dont' think it matters I got OH to sign in the places I could see relevent before we went but there was one we missed that I weren't sure was supposed to be signed by us. and all the balliff lady did went she went through it was ask us to sign in the space. they seem to help you if you missed a bit

The clerk will go through all your forms in the office before asking you to take an oath . If there are any anomalies they will be sorted before you go into court or chambers.

Apologies if you're from the west coast of Scotland jock, I did mean west coast of England

To be honest, I only think that St Helens is on the West Coast because I heard a woman on the Chris Evans show from St Helens and she spoke with a Liverpudlian accent. I get lost once I get 50 miles away from the East Coast; think it's my Viking heritage making me xenophobic towards anybody west of Doncaster :rotfl:
