Different stock in-store than online for H&M?

Not sure this is the right section so sorry if it's not relevant here...!

So I wanted to use the 50% off one item at H&M voucher in the deals section on this site. I found a jumper I really like in store but can't find it online so I can't seem to get the discount. Am I being really dumb and missing it on the site possibly? It's a bit buggy and sometimes I can't view the selections I want without getting error messages. Or is it possible that the in-store stock is wider than that online? I would have thought it the other way around!

Do you think there's any chance I could get the discount in store instead?

Thanks,
Stan

To be honest, I'm not really surprised and find this quite common in many shops, as I something see things online and when I go in store to check them out, the shop doesn't seem to have it.

My sister was told (albeit years ago) by the SA in H & M that they get new stock in everyday, so if you see something you like, you should get it then and there as you may not see it again.
  • Yeah, I'd expect there to be more online than in-store but not the other way around...I was just wondering if there was any way I could still get the discount as it makes it half price and the voucher only seems to be valid online!

Why not check with Head Office as they may allow you to use the voucher in store. I'm not sure how much discretion the store manager has/would be willing to use, but I bet HO could.

    Its worth a try.
