    Hi Tammy,

If you look on the old Bankruptcy and Supporters Club thread there's loads of discussion and facts and fgures about what is acceptable and I'm fairly certain that the CCCS or National Debt Line have figures that are generally considered to be acceptable. You can budget for dentistry, clothes allowance, hairdressing and even a small cosideration for an annual holiday and others that I can't remember.

If you do some research and keep "bumping" yr thread on this site you'll find all the information you need. When we had our interview we hadn't started to use this site and the O.R was actually increasing the amounts that we'd put in our budget. Nothing is cast in stone so really you need to make generous allowances so that you can live within yr budget if you're required to make payments to yr estate out of excess income; can't remember what it's called at the moment.

Can't get a mobile contract less than £30 on 3. If I cancelled with them, may not be able to get another contract elsewhere so may have to go PAYG
