  • I've been with them for probably about 8 months now and am not that impressed... Every time I get a survey from them, I answer a bunch of questions and am then told I'm not eligible. I'm sure others have had better luck with it, so don't just take my word for it!

ive had 1 amazon voucher of them, 1 pixmania and have enough points for a hmv, but cant work out how to order one at the moment! ive had a couple of product tests, 1 of which had to be sent back. i have 50/50 luck on completing surveys in terms of my eligibility (sp!). you could treat it like i treat pigsback, just go on every other day and sign up for tests-75points, and votes-15points and within a whilee (maybe a long while-but still its vouchers for free!) youll have a voucher. choose to do the surveys and its a lot, lot quicker.

I have been a member for a long time and never received anything of them.
When I started you needed 30,000 points to get a voucher. When I finally reached the necessary points they upped it to 40,000. And now that I have 37,000 points, you need 60,000 to get a voucher.
They also stopped giving points for signing up for product test.
I even got the impression, that the nearer I got to the required points, the less invitations I got.
I feel thoroughly cheated. All the time I have wasted for what?

There's another thread about Test & Vote here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=259579

    Hope that helps.

I've been a member for a while, have had some that I met the criteria for and some I didn't. They do seem to be quite slow at crediting the points although they do seem to get there eventuall. Haven't tried to redeem anything yet though. I have also not managed to figure out how to order the HMV vouchers.:o

I've been a member for a while also, same problem as lowdenclear. Every time I answer some questions I'm told I don't qualify for the survey! Really frustrating. Am seriously thinking of unsubscribing
  • Gone on to the FAQ bit and is says in there how to order vouchers. If I remember rightlyyou order them throught the personal area section.

PS I have had one voucher from them already. They do sometimes take a while to credit you with points, but I've always got them. BTW if you have heard,or used the product before in the test application bit then they don't credit you with the points as you don't go into the draw to test it because you already know what it is or what to do with it.
