I'm afraid I also agree it will be the salary multiple that will be the biggest problem.
I've recently remortgaged: my salary is slightly more than yours, my LTV rate is only 40%, I have no debt - and the maximum I was able to borrow with the really low rates was around £90k (which was fine as I didn't need this much).Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
