like several on the forum I have an interest only NRAM mortgage.
the house has been on the market for a year and I have my first (only) offer which is below the outstanding amount.
has anyone experience of negotiating a settlemnent with NRAM?
or negotiating a redemption with an unsecured loan to cover the shgortfall?
