Cooked Chicken

On Monday I cooked some Chicken that I had defrosted the previous Night. I had some yesterday, Ive had some today.

Ive still got someleft. Its Chicken Chunks in Peppercorn Sauce.

What should I do with it. I know some people say you shouldnt refreeze chicken.

  • Hi

I thought it was fine so long as it had been cooked between thawing and refreezing? I'd certainly freeze it unless you could face the last of it tomorrow, maybe in pancakes?
