by the closing date of 30 November 2011 and include your full name, postal address and telephone number. The winner will be chosen at random.
Baxters Lochside Competition – Full Terms and Conditions
1. Open to UK residents over 18 only excluding employees of the Promoter and their families, the Promoter’s agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
2. This promotion will run from Friday 28 October to Wednesday 30 November, which is the last date for receipt of entries.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Entry to the competition is by the means described in the promotional material or the www.baxters.com website only.
5. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this competition.
6. The prize includes Prize is for a camping break in Scotland for four people including a Baxters hamper, a boat cruise, a stargazing masterclass, blanket and socks from Johnstons of Elgin, a camp-fire meal cooked by a chef on one night, and a digital camera. £250 towards any travel expenses is included.
7. The prize is non-transferable.
8. The prize must be taken by end of August 2012.
9. The prize cannot be sold on for financial gain and is subject to availability.
10. The draw, or the Promoter’s assessment of entries (if applicable) will take place on Wednesday 14 December 2011and the winner will be contacted by post, telephone or email within 7 days. The winner must claim their prize within 60 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
11. Full details of the prize will be forwarded to the winner after the draw has been made or after the Promoter has made its assessment of entries (if applicable).
12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary details of the prize, or substitute a prize of equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
