Cheap Dinners and Shopping List

I read on one of the posts here about ideas for cheap meals, which included a shopping list for the ingredients. Please could someone point me in the correct direction.

You need to go to the Old Style board, first page of this month's grocery challange, go to the link's and you should find the link to cheap family meal's, but if you go further down the page there is load's of recipe's. hth.£71.93/ £180.000

Although I think there are probably other websites that do similar - I think the sainsburys 'feed a family for £20' gives you a shopping list too?Savings target: £25000/£25000
