They sound increasingly desperate to be honest. Not even prepared to make idle threats of court action.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I do agree they are sounding increasingly desperate to try and provoke a response or acknowledgement from me........
The only issue is there is always that nagging doubt in the back of my mind that they might choose to go for court action, although I doubt it or they would already have done it.
I have looked again for the bloody paperwork I have but no joy in finding it.0 -
Update!
Another letter received today. This time from same address but from Horwich Farrelly acting on behalf of Robinson Way.
We have been instructed by our clients to claim from you full payment of this account. Court action may be taken against you unless you take steps to resolve the matter quickly. At this stage you can avoid court action by taking the following action in the next 10 days.
a. make full payment
b. pay what you can now and agree to affordable payment arrangements.
I have decided to send them a cheque..............
that got you worried:rotfl:
Seriously I am sure I have had this exact letter from them before. I have been keeping them all for the last few months, so this one can go into the file, along with the cheque I am not sending.
I think they are just going round in circles, following the same paths in the hope I will cave in. In all honesty if this is not statute barred by now, then it is fair to assume they would have taken any court action they believed they could already.
I don't want to jump with the prove it letter just in case and letters aren't going to bother me anymore. I have also noted that none of their letters are stating "letter before action", is it a legal requirement to issue one of those if they are seriously going to try and take me to court?
I would be interested to know.0
