Just printed the postage labels for my first Amazon trade-in of a paperback.

    I will get a 25p Amazon giftcard.

Looks good so far, postage to send in is free and if the book isn't to their standard they will return for free too - will let you all know how it goes :)

I'm hoping it goes well - I have 100s they can have! :D

Did you find it difficult identifying what they will take? I had a brief look but didn't see where I could search by title to see if they would offer exchange..... :o

  • Hi Peeps

Seems like ages since I last posted...

On the positives I have earnt £18.28 on Topcashback... :j

Also I had 3 Groupon Vouchers which nearly expired and I had writted them off and gutted that I never used them, had an email saying the owner had changed and the date I could use them until had changed yet again so rung them and asked for a refund and happily I have an extra £36 credited to my CC :T

Saved over 50% on all my crimbo shopping but not going to add that ;)

On the negatives didnt sell a thing on ebay this week, so Im going to add some glitzy party dresses and bits like that.. fingers crossed.

    Good luck

  • An update from me, apart from being annoyed at the Royal Mail online postage system meaning trips to the post office and spending cash rather than the money I've deposited in the online pre-pay account, after posting some ebay sales, I'm currently at £84.41 for the month, now decided that £10 a day is a bit tough on my strategy, so going to stick to £5 a day next month and see how close to £150 I get this month.

Search for the book you have and then click on it. The option to trade in if it's available should be on the right hand side, at the bottom of the options, in the more buying choices box. Like this for the book I have just traded.

Much less for paperbacks, but worth I think rather than trying to Ebay them. I have only ever sold 1 on Green Metropolis too.

  • Thanks Becci!

Emptied one of my cupboards, and out of 48 books i could trade 19 of them in. The rest of them get one shot on ebay then off to work for friends if they don't sell.

Just printed off my trade in list, and because i haven't sent the textbooks yet i can put them all in the same box. *rushes off to find STRONG box*

Will sort through more books soon! :D
