Jimmy,not sure of your situation but i used to work for Argos and i sold people up for a voucher. If they were spending close to the £50 or £100 i pointed out if they made a small extra purchase (usually batteries that were on special offers) they would qualify for the voucher therefore making the extra purchase free, never had 1 complaint and would say 90% off people made the purchase and thanked me. It was customer service0
