    Thanks just ordered this plus the bigger house which is reduced from £100 to £80 at the moment so used c/back site and code and got both for £76 delivered- Bargain !

    I'm giving her the smaller one as a Christmas present and the bigger next birthday when she's 3.
    I can't be bothered updating this anymore

    Picked up the cottage today. you should have seen my husbands face when he saw it was flat packed & he'd have to build it lol

    Yes Shasblue I've read that you do get the furniture with it. You dont with the bigger house though
