    Thank you for the correction - much appreciated, doesn't change the rest of the post though, the given cause was not meeting the needs of the business, "not" connected to the pregnancy despite the fact we all know it's highly likely to be the cause but again, we're all aware of the fact that it protects so far, but it's not perfect and in a situation within the first year it's pretty paper thin.
    Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.
