Simply fill in the form below telling us about your sensational songsters and we'll enter you in a draw to win £500.
Make sure you tick the box on the form so we can send your details to Gloucester Quays and they'll be in touch. The registered choirs will be invited along to Gloucester Quays for the heats on Thursday 24th November which is the night of the Victorian Market (see below for more details). If everyone can't be heard on the Thursday, heats will continue on Friday 25th.
All five winning choirs will then be invited back to Gloucester Quays on the 10th and 11th December to sing around the two main Christmas Trees and raise even more money for their charity.
