Want to complain to MFI

Hi, im looking for advice on what to include on a letter to MFI.
On boxing day i ordered a Wardrobe and shelves to go in it. (went to a store 50miles away as we were there) The next day we decided we wanted the matching furniture so i went to our local store and orderd the extras and a nother set of shelves for the wardrobe.
The items from the second order arrived 2 weeks ago. All was fine until we looked at the shelves for the forthcoming wardrobe to see its for the larger sized wardrobe. Lots of phone calls later we find out a prininting error on everything MFI own indicates this would fit our wardrobe - it wont. So had to take it back to the store only to find out they cant issue a refund until all kinds of people have authorised. A week later i go back in to enquire why i havnt heared anything. Zilch had been done becasue i hadnt been asked to sign and no one had bothered to contact me. 10 days later a cheque arrives with me.
The first order we placed arrived today. 2 weeks ago i rang this store to say we dont need the shelves and i want a refund - BUT after 15 answer phone messages i had to get customer services to email them and then they called me promising a credit note in post. Still not arrived and the shelves were on todays order. I refused it (im not doing a 100 mile round trip to take back!) and accepted the rest. Only to find 1 item was missing for the wardrobe. Driver phones HQ and they say they an deliver it on the 6th of FEB. 10mins later i phone customer services to beg for it to arrive sooner only to be told very easily they will special delivery it for this Thursday.
I still cant get through to the swansea store to point out their error and request my credit note. Not to mention im very annoyed there is no fixtures available for the wardrobe i have bought. It s has 1 top shelf and a rail. For a fited wardrobe thats a lot of wasted space i need to buy storage for.
