Watch your statements to make sure you get your refunds.
I ordered a toy from them in April and my order was cancelled. I am still waiting for the refund!
I have been following them up and they have, as usual, been very slow in getting back to me. The latest I have been told is that there was a glitch in their system and although they said that the money was being refunded, some people never received theirs.
As I have said before, they manage to take money immediately before they dispatch the item which in my mind is wrong. They should wait until the item actually leaves them.
The money reaches them immediately but when it comes to a refund it doesn't worry them how long it drags on?0 -
i've found tesco to be good with refunds... touch wood. on my statements the refunds tend to come a few days before payment is taken.0

Tesco is a joke lately, orders are being cancelled all over the place, my bank account looks like I am partaking in money laundering for Tesco as so many transactions go out and then straight back in again.:rotfl:0

Mine was cancelled too - did try and call up to tell them how dissapointed to try and swing a good gesture payment but didnt work. Got my suitcase order cancelled last week and was given a payment of £5 and then managed to get it when it came back into stock so got that for only £2.50 in the end :j
Oh well, you win some, you lose some. Cant complain really. Thanks anyway op.0 -

Yes, I've experienced the same with 4 refunds not having been processed and ended up with £45 in total gestures of goodwill.Up_For_Grabs wrote: »Watch your statements to make sure you get your refunds.
