Once you've followed. Copy and paste the text into your home page and tweet from there. Says on site that its okay to do it that way

Go to your own page on twitter anf just tweet this one.
To retweet other comps, find the tweet on their page, under it will be a retweet link, but don't do that if it's someone else already retweeting it ..use the @link to find the original tweet is best.
If you ever need to post your tweet into a blog to prove you did it, click the time under your tweet and it opens on it's own, then copy paste the web address of that page wherever they are asking for it
