Quidco won't pay me!

Evening people:T
I couldn't find any better section for this, so I hope thats ok.

The thing is, I have a small amount of cashback in Quidco. My profile settings are 100% filled out and I've also entered my paypal details in it (so they can send it to me when it is pay time)

But strangely I never get anything.

As you can see in the "your next payment" section, it says 0.00. Why is that?

    Rather post this under 'Shop but don't drop' where there is a special thread which the Quidco rep looks at.

    But I wonder why you are getting your payments via PayPal and not BACS, for one thing. (Isn't there a minimum amount for payment via PayPal?). Also, is your minimum payment set to 0.00? I originally set mine for £20 or something and had the same problem as you.

    Then, also, your transaction is marked as 'tracked'. It needs to be confirmed as 'confirmed' and then 'paid'. These things take ages to come through. You may not know (I didn't) that the money comes to Quidco via an Affiliate company who get the money from the Company itself. So a lot depends on the chain.

    PS - if this is your first transaction, don't forget that Quidco will take £5 annually from your account. TopCashBack don't do that and have slightly better rates. But I still like Quidco who I've been with for years and years.
    The other thing is that you can contact Quidco direct if you want.

    Your cashback is still in tracked status which means that we haven't received it yet. You can find all the information you need about the various stages of the cashback process in your activity page and also in our Help section which is directly linked to the Quidco Account Holder Agreement.

    We are unable to pay you until we receive the payment from the retailer, at which point we will send it on to you in our next payment run. These take place on 1st & 15th day of each month.

  • These things do take a while before they get paid into your account. I've been very impressed with quidco whilst I've been there. I do also have an account at topcashback, and choose the site that'll offer me the best deal (if it's the same or close I chose quidco because ime their customer service is excellent!)
  • as its been said its just because you are tracked. On the right hand side of your homepage it will state the 'key' of what the type means. Some can take months to come through, which is why on the cashback info for each company you use they give an estimated payment period. I've received emails from quidco apologising if it takes longer than their estimated payment dates. Hang tight and it'll all come through.
