have just been awarded 2000 for a road traffic accident that happened in may this year was made BR in feb this year none of the payment is for loss of earnings it is all related to personal injury whiplash and concussion have informed OR and solicitors, recieved letter from solicitors stateing they have informed OR of outcome of claim and are waiting to hear from OR as to how much if not all they will be claiming. how much are they likely to claim

Hi deadinthewater, As long as its not for loss of earnings and is personal injury for pain and suffering then you can keep your compensation.
Best wishes

thanx if none was for loss of earnings all was for pain and suffering so things look hopeful
my understanding prob not correct is if claim was during BR and payment was made during BR the OR could claim it like i said prob wrong the IS wording bit to technical for me

everything being dealt with, thankyoubsc 347:j0 -
The bureau exists to help people in your position, but I've no idea how hard it is to get a claim paid.
Hope it goes smoothly.0 -
