    Oh, everyone understands your problem. And you are wasting your time convincing people here that you can pay off your debts. No one here is lending you money, but everyone is trying to help you change your situation so you can get a mortgage. and no one here is saying you cannot pay your debt off in full. People are telling you how you will appear to the lenders.

    So no need to be frustrated with people here. You should listen to what people are telling you, not get on your high horse about what you think people are saying. Just get rid of all but 2 accounts and get saving.

    Too low a deposit, combined with lingering debts combined with shared ownership and your age mean I'm not suprised you got turned down.

    Save a bigger deposit, tidy your accounts up, pay off the debts and then pay them in full every month and wait twelve months.
