Hi all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong place.
Been reading a lot about those lovely folks at Eos Solutions.
I have been getting calls from them for about 3 weeks now.
They get my first name correct- but not the family name.
They want to get information on my address as they want to be sure their correspondence reaches the right place.
My question is, if they have the wrong name...and are guessing my address- should I ignore them, or call them?
Thanks- Power to the People!

Assuming it isn;t a former name of yours, and that you are unaware of any possible debt being owed to them then I'd ignore them - and maybe check your credit files to see if anything incorrect appears on there (sounds unlikely if they don't know your name).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
