Your plan sounds pretty good from where I'm sitting!

I'm just going to go and investigate whether or not there are some DFW weightloss threads because I really don't want to spend money signing up for things like weightwatchers when I know I can do it on the cheap :D

Thanks Karen....I LOVE my Name and have used it for Years....And thank you for saying I'm doing well, sometimes I don't feel like it but I DO try....some would say I'm very trying!! LoL :D

You seem to have a really great plan in place....Just go for it hun...and remember that we're here whenever things are tough...

I also did Slimming World for a while and loved it but I'm just not disciplined enough right now to do it...but agree it's a GREAT Plan...

Hope you have a great Weekend hun xx
  • There is a slimming world thread somewhere on this site. I'm sure you can search for it. That might encourage you without the expense of the classes.

  • Its lusy here grey raining and whole house looks miserable,DH gone to work me too at 4 til midnight, so MIL is up having DH .....

Slimming world is going ok but only ok today making excuses about the weather isnt going to lose 2lb this week so ive decided to leave my purse in the house so I cant be tempted on way to work or in work this also has the benefit its a NSD today too ;) savoury rice and prawns for tea and a nice cuppa in work (use bosses electric lol)

Just checked our online banking and seems we are finally getting somewhere only £87 overdrawn before hubbys pay went in where as last month £200 overdrawn and month b4 £300 so we are both happy with that especially as a few of our direct debits are lowering in december water rates and our housing arrears (councils fault not ours)
are ending so thatsan extra £50 we can throw at other debts...
My main priorities are paying £160 off argos card and £50 off marisota this month so im setting them in my signature to remind me im also going to try and stop going on the grabbit board so much i know they are fab bargains but if i dont know about them i can live without them:D
wish they would take love2shop vouchers as payment lol have loads of them ...

Im really pondering on starting the earn so much in november but dont think time or strategy is going to get me £10 a day so may just start for £5 and go from there I have some overtime planned as does hubby so could chuck that in the pot too if needs be...

Also stocked up on lager in tesco 4 crates for £25 is really a fab bargain hubby wanted them so I buckled them but I refuse to pay for them out of grocery challenge,:rotfl:but also stocked up on toothpastes bog2f and shower gel as all are brands i use and would buy (wish spending money didnt bother me so much)....another story...all above is to be delivered tomorrow hence the NSD lol

Ive made a start on our jar system again this morning, I have 1 for my money 1 for D/H 1 for kitty jar for family extras(dinner money, if son has school trips or bus fare etc bits n pieces) 1 for electric money and 1 for grocery challenge..... which i top up in first 2 weeks of month and it does seem to work(stops hubby taking odd tenner etc out of bank) and we know everything in bank etc is for slamming at bills in the jars are
    for the month...
    electric-£50
    me-£120
    DH-£120
    kitty-£160

to be honest most of my £120 gets spent on family stuff but i do look forward to the day i can actually go out and treat myself to whatever i fancy :T

anyway time to get sorted for work thanks for the comments everyone is wonderful to know im not on my own.....
    £228/£400 dec groc challenge...
