Send a fax from my PC

in I wanna buy it or do it
I need to fax something through to a company and my fax machine keeps telling me line error. I have a scanner attached to my pc but the company doesn't have email. Can I scan in to my PC and then FAX it to the company?

    You can if you use Efax.

    Or if you have a Fax/Modem installed. (Need to connect up using Modem, not broadband).
