Orange - Getting the Info you need

Hi there,

Been lurking for a while and seen some people get really helpful advice so I thought I'd give it a try.

I've been a bit silly and have several mobile phone contracts with Orange under my name but for friends(Yes I know I know), and all of them are now in arrears. How do I get the info from Orange as to how much in arrears they are, without knowing the phone numbers in question? They are all registered to my address, would that help?
I want to get them all frozen so I can sort out getting them paid without more arrears being accrued - How would I do this, is it possible? I've tried emailing Orange, no response, and all their phone numbers are Premium Rate that I obviously don't want to have to phone from my Pay as you go mobile.

I know this is going to sound like an obvious question -but aren't you receiving statements/bills every month for each phone? Don't they show the numbers and balances?

go into an Orange retail store and ask them to put you on the phone to customer services.

Tixy - Well I say registered to my address, but I mean my parents. Unfortunately we are not on the best of terms, so asking them isn't an option .
