Are there any good fixed rates left???

As per title, since the rate increase, all the fixed rate deals seem to have vanished before I've had chance to research them and entertain swapping lender.
Just wondered if anyone knew of any good mortgage deals still out there (preferably fixed for at least a few years), that allow large overpayments and have small or no fees attached? (as most of the deals are useless after the hefty fees as you can't save the fee cost within the deal term time!)
Anyhoo, just wondered if anyone can help me out? I have a meeting with the mortgage advisor tomorrow, but its good to have other ideas too!
Cheers.

LLoyds TSB direct & Cheltenham & Gloucester still have 5 yr Fixed at 5.09% with £999 fee or 5.35% with no fee, also free legals and free valuation. Probably not for long though.I am a Mortgage Adviser

The c&g have a 5yr fixed at 5.35% with no fees and free valuations and legals, only available through a broker though and is likly to be withdrawn very soon so you would need to act very quickly..... there may be better around, one of the mortgage advisors may be along shortly with better advice though
hope that helps
Jim
ps I think you can overpay by 10% of balance a year in fixed term rate (I think)0
