Have a read through the various threads, and join in if you want.
If you want to go the whole hog, then post a SOA, statement of affairs.
This should show all of your income, bills, spending and your debts.
At the top of the board is a sticky thread posted by southernscouser, this will show you how to do an SOA and what info is needed.
