You can't help thinking that PH hadn't read the file before he arrived at court and this is a case that was supposed to have been ditched. Blathering on to the judge about principal and agent and the Freedom Bill was only ever going to increase the momentum of the impact. The judge clearly had the case sussed from the outset.
We all know that PH scours the forums but had he not worked out that Alexis was advising on this one?My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Unless he's quite a good actor and the case was lost deliberately ....I sense that may be the case ...it could actually be in the BPA's interest to lose cases on these grounds ..I don't think I need say more.0 -
Ha ha, very good. Well done all involved. Peter Hasbeen/Halfwit was more than well aware that this was a forums case which is why he pursued it so vigorously. He would be very ashamed of his humiliation except for the fact that he has no shame.
I would have loved to have been there to see him squirming about principal/agency etc and other legal matters of which he has no knowledge but pretends that he has. As he found out the court awards no litigation points for being an obnoxious toerag. Full marks to the Judge for spotting a chancer at work.
No doubt Hasbeen/Halfwit and Perky can swap now tales of their respective court defeats.0 -
