Bl00dy awful returns policy. I bought my daughter a pair of nike trainers (after trying one on they gave me a 'fresh pair') but when i got home i noticed one trainer was white and one trainer was yellowish from being on the shop floor for ages. I took them back and they swapped them for a new pair. That pair lasted 2 weeks before the velcro started to come apart. I again took them back and was told that this doesn't warrant money back as this didn't stop the trainers being for for purpose. I couldn't be ar5ed with fighting them so i took another replacement pair! Really hate the shop now lol esp the one in Greenock!

I tried something on in their changing room once, and they refused to let me take my handbag in - I had to put it behind the counter, where they assured me it would be perfectly safe. I came out to find nobody behind the counter and my handbag left unattended, so I just walked behind the counter and got it. Not impressed!

Does it have to be a new account?

I can't get any of the codes to work.

Got it now, you have to register on the McCoys website, then enter the code & time stamp, and you get a different code to use at Sports Direct.

  • ls there something am doing wrong,l entered the codes on Mccoy website but was told "numeric 0nly".l have tried severally to no avail. Is it onlt these two codes above or how do l generate the code to us?.
  • Think you have to buy a packet of McCoys to get more code to put in. Both codes worked for me, batch Code: 1227 & time code: 06:42 went through fine, the second set the op put on went through as: batch Code: 1252 & time code: 05.47.

If it doesn't work let me know & I'll generate one for you :)

Keep getting batch code and time code contain invalid characters ( numeric only )
  • I just tried the Mccoys website and it works, but realised that when you put the time in, you must put : in between rather than a full stop, like I did at first. So, you put in the batch code, and then 06:42. It should work.
  • Thanks so much Scottish lass .l eventually got the voucher with one of the codes you posted.
