hi all,
not sure if i have posted in the right section so mods if not please move it.

i am just wanting some info on a CCJ if at all possible.
i had a flybe credit card, missed 2 payments and then got a letter from a collection agency/solicitors saying they were handling it. they applied for a ccj which took 3 attempts with 2 being set aside due to errors.
now flybe never issued a default notice, it is not registered on my credit file as defaulted it is updated monthly as up to date as the payments on the judgment are made. the outstanding balance flybe have is £777 the outstanding balance on the ccj is £1278? now i know there were court costs but they would not have added that amount on and as the account is not in default and states so clearly on credit file should a ccj have been issued in the first place? im not too bothered about the ccj its the huge difference in balances and is there anything i can do about this?

just a quick bump!
im not sure if the company concerned have followed the right procedure if it isnt down as defaulted and is being updated as ok and up to date, no default date ect on it . i may have a wrongly issued CCJ. plus i can then continue to pay what is correctly owed.
