resubmitting bankruptcy forms online

i foolishly submitted my husbands form online about 3 weeks ago.both myself and my husband are going bankrupt tomorrow.i have messed up his form and made lots of mistakes ie missed things off.been told that i can write on the form but i have just been on the insolvency website and it is letting me do a new form for him.shall i do this and just explain to the or if they ask about the old one?

I would not see a problem with ADDING stuff to the form - only if you wer taking it away there may be some questions asked. Remember the OR is human too and does generally understand the stresses that we are all going through at the time.
