Driving me mad !! Been on this most of the day and it just will not work I have copied others baskets and it just will not give me the free scrubs, it gives me 1 then I order some other bits to take it over the £26 and you get 1 for £1 but if I add another scrub for this butter its full price???? Cannot understand how it doesnt work !!! Even if I put just 3 body butters and 3 scrubs only 1 comes up free arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

have you tried putting the body butter in your basket first and then the scrub, I have just added two mango body butters in my basket, then 2 scrubs and they are showing as free, someone else above said they can't get the free scrub with the £1 butter so they must of sussed!! hth

Are you a Love Your Body member? I remember reading on another thread that you need to take out your membership number sometimes to get the better offers. My membership ran out earlier this year but it still took 10% off every time I logged in til I took my old number out of my profile page.

Etheldreda no I'm not a Body shop member, no need to be with all the fantastic offers online!

Not sure what is going on with the code. They sent it to me in a email too. Although in T&C's it says can not be used with other offers. Anyone else using code for 30% off? May just give it a miss, I have plenty for myself to last a while. Will wait for the next offer to buy a few Xmas pressies. Can't help looking & buying it's like a drug to me now, will be good to wean myself off Bodyshop. This time anyway.

I just tried this out (for experimentation purposes, I REALLY don't need any more BS stuff) and had an order of £27.50, it gave me a free body scrub but wanted to charge me full price for the body butter, tho I thought it was meant to be £1 as my order was over £26, I didn't apply any discount codes and would've also been charged for delivery so I emptied my basket.

Below is my basket, I have spent over £26.50 before any discounts and it isn't giving me a 2nd body butter for £1, But when I added a Hemp £20 gift that I'm not sure I want to buy, it takes my total to £35 and then applies the £1 to the butter that I only need to spend £36 to get. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

hi, I think it's supposed to give you the 3rd body butter for £1 but I've just added exactly the same items as you and it gave me the candied ginger body butter for £1 which brought the total down to £15.
