Well I can't see how they can honour these orders they will lose thousands. But then again Asos have had some cracking !!!! ups and honoured those.
  • They charge VAT on everything! Including zero rated food (teabags, non-choc biscuits etc). How do they manage that?

I've learned from this not to use Staples unless there is a glitch! It's a bit crap how they don't include vat in the prices unless you click on something, and they add that insurance rather sneakily at checkout. And their prices on many things are outrageous.

I was charged vat but only on the postage & packaging not on the actual tea bags.

  • My checkout has included VAT on hot choc and Oreos. Both are zero rated. (I've not actually paid anything yet. Does it change when you get to pay details?

  • Very pleased to buy colour print cartridge for less than half price as have been putting off for ages (previous cheapest I could find was £25). Ordered padded envelopes and copy paper to take just over £30. Total £14.44 + VAT. Thanks OP! :)
