Harassment letter link if poss

Hi All,

can anyone give me the link to the harassment letter to creditors stopping them from calling or visiting?
My younger sister got a very threatening call from Moorcrofts earlier which has really disturbed her and convinced they are going to visit her at my Mum's!
They've also said they will come and remove goods in 7 days if she doesn't pay up - as if!
Anyway just to calm her nerves I said I would fire one of these letters off to them to shut them up.

Have they actually sent a letter to say they were going to remove goods or just by phone? If in writing I'd suggest passing a copy on to OFT.

Hi Tixy, no it was just by 'phone they did it. My sister did ask them to put it all in writing and of course they refused!
