It could be worth doing a cash transfer from Virgin to your bank account to clear that overdraft. This will mean your overdraft is not having interest charged to it each month. Remember to cancel the overdraft though.

I could do all the Barclay Card but not the Overdraft as well. Could do some to get me started though.

I have just worked out my money for the month. After paying every thing I have too, I am £850 in my overdraft. I only have a £1200 limit!! That's not even counting eating or washing. I cant help but think that a DMP is the only way..

Sorry - your SOA shows you should have a spare 444 a month after the bills are paid (and that includes the debt repayments). Where is this money going? You do not need a dmp - this means making reduced payments to your creditors. Clearly they aren't going to accept when you have 400 odd pounds spare a month.
You need to write down every single penny you spend to find out where you are loosing this 400 pounds - drink after work? meal out? cafe for lunch? coffee on the way to work? cigarettes? coke/chocolate? the 'odd' dvd? clothes you don't need and will never wear? magazines?
Once you write it down you will be shocked and can start to make better choices.
If you have paid all your bills then 350 for the month seems quite a lot for food and washing - how much do you think you will need and why? Some people have to feed a family of 4 for a month for that much so I'm sure you can manage.
