The Gascogne red and the cote du rhone are both French - just head for the most expensive of the two and it should be OK.
  • Hubby's birthday on Sunday so this is just the job, thanks.

Keep your eyes open for a 'Autumn offers Save up to £7' credit card sized leaflet in stores, that includes a £1 off wine voucher, might work with the dine in deal.

Tessie bear - there didn't seem to be any whole chickens in the deal, just the Cook range of ready to roast chicken breasts.

I read somewhere else that the £1 off wine voucher does work, hope so anyway as I'm going to try it tomorrow.
Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

With DS2 on the way in a matter of days OH and I have treated ourselves to the Dine In deal for tomorrow's dinner.

Have to say I am really pleased with what we managed to get for a tenner. We went for the paella, bean/tomato side, choc and raspberry puds and a nice bottle of red (to be saved until I can drink of course).

According to the receipt we saved over £7 on buying the items separately. Not something we'll indulge ourselves in very often - we're much too MSE for that but it's nice for an occasional treat.
