Spend £50 and get £10 back, spend £100 £20 back at Argos (merged)

Hey,

It looks like this Argos deal is starting tomorrow.

When you spend £50 up to £99.99 instore you will receive 2 x £5 vouchers and for £100+ spent instore you will receive 2 x £10 vouchers. Because you get 2 vouchers, one is available for spending in November and one is available for spending in December.

This might be a good weekend to do some of the Christmas shopping!

So you can't re-spend them straight away?
  • It looks like you can only spend one of them almost straight away, then the other one in December. But with Christmas on the horizon, I can imagine both vouchers are likely to come in very handy.

When i worked there a few years ago they only gave the vouchers on a cash/ debit or credit card purchase as people were expecting the free gift card when purchasing and then the people who were spending also expected the free gift card. You can only have it once but i stand to be corrected lol HTH

I dont think you get the free vouchers when you Buy gift cards, but you do still get them when you spend gift vouchers...does that make any sense?

  • Hey,

Yeah it's still the case that you only receive the vouchers if the original payment of £50-£99.99 or £100+ is a cash or card payment. However, there's no harm in giving it a go, you might get a mis-informed customer services assistant who lets you use vouchers!

Hi any idea how long this offer will be on for
  • Hey,

I am led to believe that this offer is available for 2-3 weeks, but it is likely to vary from store to store.

This has been running since august in my local Bishobriggs but you had to re-spend the voucher in the same store, may not apply now if it's going nationwide.
