Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
pretty good selection there (much better than the pathetic Tesco attempt)

Will have to check it out I think :)
  • Reckon the last Ready To Roast Chicken I got with my dine in meal was much smaller than had been previously available.
    M & S Cutting Corners?
Still excellent value, mind you.....chicken feeds four or two twice, either the profiterole stack or the Apple and Blackberry Pie does the same.

I picked up a chicken a couple of weeks ago, it looked a bit small. The label said for 2-3, on the same shelf / offer was larger chickens labeled 3-4 significantly larger in size

I've noticed this too. If you go in on the first day, they usually have some larger ones (with an earlier use by date than the smaller ones). There was a couple of £s difference price-wise in them.

I asked about the voucher booklet in my local superstore today. I was told they were only being given out with a purchase (anything) at the basket tills in the food hall. I bought a birthday card & got one. Apparently the idea is they might entice shoppers who only pop in for a sandwich etc to actually look at & buy other things. Hope this makes sense!
