Hi All
Is anyone else getting increasing problems with management companies on leasehold flats?
Mine is with E-M and they are demanding hundreds to allow me to sub-let.
I'm planning to fight them but would love to hear from anyone that has tried this.

Mine are useless,they would not take action when the tenants above behaved like animals,they would not do anything when the window cleaner and cleaner didn't turn up for 3 months and then intermmitently,they would not get anyone to remove a bees nest,but they are quite happy to increase the maintenance charges every year.Mine is PPM.0
