Cosmetic dentistry advice

My sister is currently using invisilign (?) to straighten her crooked top teeth and she says its a miserable experience. I know my own dentist says one of his colleageues is now offering a system which straightens the teeth in about 3 months rather than the 18 months she has been quoted for the invisilign.
Im sorry but I dont think £1500 will go far with a private cosmetic dentist. My chap does have a loan company which can cover treatment, which I guess could be an option?
I had caps on my top 6 teeth nearly 5 years ago now because they were not only wonky but most of them had had root treatment at some time. And as toothsmith has saidit definitely changed my life for the better, the caps look absolutely natural and match perfectly - but it was not a cheap job.
He needs to go for a consultation to find out the options and the costs and if he smokes, then he should stop immediately. My dentist told me bluntly when I first saw him that Id be throwing the money down the drain if I continued to smoke - it did me a favour actually as I packed up after 40 years and have saved a lot more than the cost of the cosmetic work.
Good luck whatever he decides, its obviously a concern to him.0
