Noobie looking for a Mortgage

Been looking around the forums a while and thought i would finally post to get some advice.
Looking to get a mortgage on a property for £215,995 with a 60k deposit. my earnings are 23k and OH £19.
Our credit ratings aren't great hubby had a default Apr 2010-£700 and i had one in Dec 2009-£450 Both payed off in full. I have two mobiles on contract and my Next, which i pay the full balance each month. Hubby has nothing on credit anymore.
Hubby gets a bonus each year but I don't know if this should be included.
Just wanted to know if we had any chance of getting a mortgage or should i stop now? Thanks in advance

Very limited options available to you I suspect.
You need to get a broker/adviser to review your files in detail and see if you fit Kensington or Precise criteria (I haven't bothered to check these in detail at this time as you don't really give enough information for this) - both broker only providers.
I think you are very unlikely to be able to go mainstream.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
