These contain a £1 off any Nivea for Men product voucher for use at Boots - expires 28 Feb 2007.

(worth opening up if you're saving the boxset until later in the year)
I know the No7 bags had vouchers in but does anyone know if any of the No7 gift sets had vouchers in? Thanks, Nikki
  • I finally plucked up the courage to try the 6-4-1 deal today (Whitgift Centre Croydon). HOORAH!!! Got 3x Glossy Locks and 3x Lip and Eye shimmer (that was all that was left unless I wanted to spend more actual cash.....which I didnt!). SA tried seperating my bundle and said they wouldnt go through with both the 3-4-2 and BOGOF offers, but I persisted and asked her to try the the whole lot together just to check. And, YES!!!, it worked. She was none too happy, especially when I handed over my £5 No7 voucher.

Then got Limited edition No7 matt lipstick (reduced to £6) and 3x gorgeous yummy shampoos with my vouchers. All in all, about £55 worth for about a fiver :D

Happy Happy Joy Joy :rotfl: Thank you all so much for all your postings and tips!!!
AND THEN... I had to give my fella a lift to a garage, and, well I never, what happened to be next door but a BOOTS! In the reduced section I found Botanics face wipes for £1.50 and grabbed a free moisturiser, and there, lurking at the back of the shelf, was a Time Delay starter kit for £5, so rushed around like a loon looking for a Change One Thing booklet, ripped out the voucher and got the lot for £1.50. The SA didnt queary the fact that my items were reduced/clearance, she put them straight through. Today has been a real result!
    :rotfl:
2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead :D

just tried 641 cashier said there was a mistake with the computer and wouldnt let me purchase the goods in one transaction, she said the error was notified yesterday and should have been fixed.

6 4 1 worked for me at 9.30 this morning. Maybe some stores have put a stop to it, but others haven't. Just like there is one rule - in my local store for example - where you are not allowed to buy the Burgundy bag with the 5.00 voucher. But other stores allow it/encourage it even:confused:

Your post could possibly have been construde(sp?) as theft/fraud and I expect that is why it has been removed.

How? The discussion was about how to open the bag you've just bought, so that you could use the voucher on the next purchase. That was why a noisy fanfare was needed, so that anybody could see that nothing hole-in-the-corner was going on.

But this still doesn't answer my point as to why the original question was not removed, and why the subsequent post which quoted my reply wasn't removed either.

I'm just a bit befogged at the lack of consistency by whoever removes the posts. Also, come to think of it, I'm more than a bit insulted at the suggestion that I might have been suggesting something of the nature of theft or fraud.

But I suppose those with nasty minds will always assume that people will behave in the same way as they would ...... (not you Oscar). I think I've just been naive in not even thinking that anybody would actually steal a voucher whilst standing in the middle of a shop.

Thanks, I will check tomorrow, hope there is one left. Were there any body bars? I have never managed to find one, where abouts are they to be found.

They got a stock of body bars last week, but today they were all gone. Maybe they will put some more out. They are hidden at the back of the shop 2nd set of shelves from the left as you walk in.

Which SA do you go to? I never dare try to ones on the main tills as they all look too scary. lol There is a lovely chap on the pharmacy counter though.

Just read this back and realise I know far too much about my local Boots store!!

Hi there, I bought a No 7 face and body massager the other day. I bought it for my Mum for her birthday but she doesnt think she will use it. It was half price at £4.99 (did not use a No 7 voucher to pay for it). I am not sure if they will accept a sale price item in return. Will I get my money back or not, or have to exchange the item? Does anyone have any ideas??

I keep a receipt with me with the bags now, so if someone says no I can just say, it goes through, i've got proof! I want to find a SA who says no now just to do that, lol. Deal worked for me approx half 10 this morning, so SAs havn't been told otherwise!
