I noticed on my receipt today that it says I have used my Double points voucher once and should use it again before end of Feb. Now I thought I had used it twice unless of course the SA didn't put it through properly on one occasion. The problem I have now is that my voucher was kept last time, so I can't use it again. Any suggestions what I could do? Has that happened to someone else before? Thanks.

This is gonna sound daft,I got an ongoing voucher for triple points with parenting voucher when I buy Huggies,the SA kept this how do I get triple points ongoing when I dont have the slip of paper

im glad you have mentioned that GeCon exactly the same thing has happened to me! has anybody else had this problem?

Louise 1981 that is most useful - Do you think it could be stuck on page 1 as it will get lost in here. It also makes it loads easier for new to boots people to get their heads round things.
Just a suggestion.

i think that when you use your ac the till will remember that voucher every time.

It would seem so - someone earlier said they managed to get 5 x 50p reduced Nivea face masks....and when Boots did the £3 hair care vouchers, I got 2 x £1.83 Trevor Sorbie conditioners and paid the difference.

On my way to Boots tomorrow. Can anyone give me any advice on Sanctuary products? And what is the offer with the Pillowmist all about? Have got two women's 2.50 and one men's voucher. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

You could get the Rosemary and Mint mask, in the tube, £2.50, so free with the voucher, also 200 points for sanctuary from the ACM can be used at the same time. There is also some face masks in sachets which are free with the voucher but the ACM voucher says no sachets, so I don't think you could use that with these.
For the Mens voucher get a botanics shave gel, £3 so 50p with the voucher, pick up a magazine and tear out the botanics 100 points voucher at the back.

The pillow mist is from the Aromatherapy essentials products, £1 and there is a voucher in the ACM for 100 points.
