Right just come back from local boots and I brought cold and flu tablets (99p)and used 100 pts voucher. Dazzling shine shampoo (£3.95) - used £3 haircare voucher and 100pts voucher. 2 suncare at £7.50 each but on BOGOF and picked up bag. Presented £5 No7 voucher and it came to £4. something. If only I had known about the skincare vouchers I would have picked some chewing gum up. Never mind - got the free bag and saved over £16 and got 210 pts too. OH said did I want to go back tomorrow?? Um yes!!

No worries Jam tart, its certainly worth trying to swap face cream for body cream. I am fine with botanics body cream but the face stuff made my face swell up and my eyes close!

If they say no, ask for the cash!!;)

what a shame i needed some new moisturisers! :( thanks for the info dont think id ever ask for the cash (£0.00p!!) but a swap would be good

Has anyone had probs getting the free gift with getting the suncream on BOGOF?? Have the sales assistants been funny about it cos you are really only spending £7.50 (minus the £5 voucher) ??

Never had any problem today and my transaction came to £11.50 before vouchers. The SA didn't really know about the new bag offer and when she scanned it just said you must get it when you spend over £10. I just agreed with her! The No7 lady did seem really nice but I wasn't going to take the risk of her saying No so paid at the main tills. This was quite early though - just after 9.

wonder what her stance on refunding 4 FREE pots of cream would be tho! if id paid for it i wouldnt mind takin it back but surely its just cheek to ask for an exchange for anothr botanics moisturiser?? its still bumpy :(
My own view is Yes. It was a free gift that has caused you discomfort and inconvience.

(If you got food poisoning after a free meal, would you complain about it?) ;)

Hope this hasn't been mentioned elsewhere but there are still a few reductions in the kid's clothes dept including osh kosh dungarees for £1 which is a bargain, this was the Dundee store but always worth checking if your in your local store (not that often:rolleyes: )
