Yipee! I'm glad to say I'm back from my last trip to boots to use my 5.00 voucher and get the suncare. I'm so glad this offer is now ending as I don't think I can cope with any more trips to boots this week!!!:D
I went to the Birstall (Leeds) store. Couldn't see any of the christmas gifts left over so no 90% off bargains for me!
I was looking at the No. 7 suncare and noticed there wasn't any of the body buffer left so I asked the No. 7 SA if they had any in stock. She said no, but then, noticing I had two suncare products in my basket told me it was actually BOGOF and then proceeded to tell me that both the 3 for 2 and BOGOF offers kicked in so I might as well get 6 items as I'd only be paying for one anyway. She even took me over to another display of the suncare in caes there was some there that wasn't on the first stand! 10 out of 10 for this SA!! :j She couldn't have been more helpful! She told me that she's not sure whether they are discontinuing them or not, but she's going to a meeting in February where she will find out. :T
Of course I had to get 1 more botanics body scrubby things and got a night moisturising cream free. Then got more children's vitamins and used my 1.00 off voucher from the C1T booklet so only had to pay 55p for them.
Now need to hide the bags from hubby again

Got some spiel about how they cant put more than 200 points on over the phone? Sure i heard people on this thread saying they got points done this way and vouchers!
is it best to phone the advantage card no or the customer service no?
Thats strange??? Theyre usually very good at sorting things like that out, I have rand them before now about points not being added onto my card, and theyve added them for me, just picked them up next time I was passing an advantage machine. I rang them this morn, saying it was naughty that the vouchers are on offer till tomorrow yet there was none left in my store when I shopped over the weekend, and the lady added 650 points to my card for me.
Perhaps ring them again and see if you speak to someone different this time, they should really credit you with the coupons pointsif you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

I was in Boots in the Trafford Ctr this morning - no 90% off and very little sale stock. I needed to buy some Calpol from the pharmacy and they gave me a pack stored under the counter that contained a Thermacare Heat Wrap - a kind of self heating belt thing for back pain and some vouchers -though on examination these have already expired! May help someone.0

I took my 3yr old with me yesterday, came back with bags of suncare 6 4 1 and botanics, plus omega 3 vitamins for my kids, then I went back today, to our smaller boots store, got another bag filled with N07 suncare and more botanics, went and collected 3yr old from nursery, he saw the bags and said, "Has mummy been back to boots for more shopping??" How embarrasing, that my 3 yr old recognises the bags logo and knows when Ive been!! They dont miss a trick do they??if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

Can confirm this doesnot work with the voucher. I tried it last week & SA appologised & said the till would not accept it. Dont know if you got a helpful SA if they could over-ride it.0 -

maybe theyve been given a limit as to how many points they dish out as there have been lots of reports lately on here of 500 and 1000 points here there and everywhere - maybe they are being reigned in in the hope of people checking the points themselves instore to make sure they go on (not saying this is fact but i wouldnt blame them for not giving out points over the phone at all - it must be hard to work out the genuine from those just trying their luck) and no i dont mean anyone here its just my opinionWin £2012 in 2012 challenge 0/2012
