If it's skincare you can say you're allergic and they'll usually give you vouchers etc. I find some creams too heavy/smelly and take them back and say this I think they prob get it back from the manufacturers anyway.

Only time I had trouble with this was M&S where they got really grumpy. Still gave me my money back tho (had receipt).

I'd just like to say if anyone is on the look out for a lovely NON GREASY moisturiser because a rivel company have discontinued the one you really love (yes thats you AVON) then look no further than ....

i accidently got my mum the wrong moisturiser before the no7 voucher offer and she reacted to it-she is on steriod medication so her skin has changed and is very sensitive now i could take it back.Only thing is I feel a bit weird because the SA's glare.will try anyway thanx.

If I can face a No7 Sa I can face anything in life!

As a newbie I thank everyone on these forums for sharing their fantastic finds. I found this site at Xmas whilst googling for vouchers/codes for a Nintendo DS Lite and have been lurking ever since!!

Thanks to you I have managed to buy £250 worth of gift sets for less than £50 using vouchers etc to use for raffle prizes for the charity organisation I belong to.

Kit34 - used Chelmer Village boots yesterday and got 6 for 1 all on suncreams but they have run out of vouchers, they had plenty of burgandy bags @ £6.50

Today used Gallions Reach, Beckton and the SA was so surprised that i got 6 for 1 and told me to go and get another lot!

Romford Liberty store (tues) had plenty and no problem, SA at main tills was also surprised that they all went through.

Finally confessed to OH in a crowded pub tonight (plus a couple of drinks :eek: ) what all the boots bags are hidden in the spare room! Now I hope he dosnt look in the bottom of the wardrobe where all the Botanics are :rotfl:

Boots have introduced the new Expert range of products so will be discontinuing the current boots own brand hair removal products-stock up on the old versions which are halfprice just in case the new versions don't suit.

I have just spent 2 evenings reading all these posts! I signed up to the newsletter a long time ago but have only recently looked at the forums and am very impressed. I have always made use of my vouchers but have never done anything one quarter as clever as anyone on this board. Sadly my purse was stolen last week with two vouchers and my Boots card in it amongst everything else so I havent profited at all yet this time around but will know what to do in the future. I am off to Boots tomorrow in Chelmsford however and will do the Botanics offer plus I have vitamin coupon and a 20%off electric toothbrush heads that I plan to use. Am just hoping that they will still have vouchers - we do have 2 stores so that helps.
Once again, thanks everyone for a fantastic read, I am very impressed with the help you give newbies and your patience given that you end up repeating the same thing many times over!
Is there a Tesco thread similar to the Boots one? I am very keen on Tesco points! Many thanks again.

Hi Folks,

Sorry to be a pain, but I've read Bedshaped's first post and I can't figure out what the 6 4 1 is on - is it all suncreams? People have mentioned lipgloss too? i take it they've got a bogof and a 3 4 2 working at the same time?

For all those of you who have been struggling to get extra vouchers - I was told today that Boots branches received shipments of new vouchers last night. Perhaps there will be more in stores tomorrow?

My Boots had no No7 suncream snotty No7 SA says that they arn't availiable till next week ???
Managed to get 2 Botanics Bars and 2 Creams though - left 2 bars for someone else if anyone is in Cannock
