Voluntary Repo letter

Thanks guys , they are and have been taking us to court for repo on the 15th Jan and they say unless we sign the letter then the proceedings will still continue , even though we couldn't care less if they Repo as we not there anymore ?!
I don't get it , why proceed with court to repossess a property that we've already told them they can , well , repossess ? Surely it's going to cost them money0 -
The lender cannot get possession of the property without a court order.
Any further contact with them is pointless, and may carry a small risk.
What they do is not up to you, it's up to them, let them get on with it.
You could write to the court to tell the court you do not contest the hearing on Jan 15, and will not be present.
But if you do not, it is extremely likely the possession order will be granted anyway.0
